Genius ATS, a popular cafe located in Skipton, is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders and inputting them accurately into the POS system
- Preparing and serving coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, equipment, and utensils
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations
- Upselling additional items and promoting specials to increase sales
- Operating and maintaining coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steamers
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
- Assisting with restocking supplies, handling cash transactions, and other tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and methods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
